5 success of the day...

• woke up early in the morning 8.30 pm and bring lil moo go and see doctor.
• before going to the doctor, went back to office to get my work invoices & D.O. done for my dad.
• Adrea being a good girl goin back to the accupunctual doctor, sat there for almost one hour accupunctuaring. Yeah... Big achievement, Handling two controller early in the morning. and of course bring two of my friend here to lighten their body ache! happy!
• Manage goin back to office for 2 hours to get my work done
• Did a great make over for Hank. More photoes will be posted next week. It's all in Shirley's camera since i last taking photoes with my bulky camera. Getting a new camera next year! Don't care!
• It's a very satisfying weekend with great transformation on Hank
• Planning out a Makeover Business with my Buddy Shirley. Feeling great because never think of we both gonna come together to have a business together. Not bad buddy, No longer my report buddy, chinese series buddy n' shopping alone buddy.
• Great time feeling the christmas embient in One Utama the whole day. Feeling like Alice in the Wonderland, It's their deco Theme this year. So nice
• Knowing Buffy n' Jacky better, It's nice to have u two with us in the afternoon. We did a fantastic job to this transformation project with Hank! We blend in well because our beings... the passionate gang.
• Cheering for Ally (Mic's Sister) for the Disney Princess competition! Taking lots of prettie pics togehter.
• Being with Sharon, Talking to her on the phone n' of course will always be next to her all the time.
• Enjoyable, satisfying weekends. Thanks to my dear Buddies... Mic, thanks for coming along for part of the consultation!
• Secret Santa's Mission is done!

The year end Project!

I always wanted to write about my dear friend here ever since we senior together.. Everytime asking me when am i gonna post something about him... There u go! Eversince u r known as the "Leh Feh" one among us, as a good friend of urs, I am here now shouting out a makeover for u hank! I don't believe that this is IT for u... So much protential that i see inside u yet to SHINE! Michael, Shirley, Esther, Ron and I will be please hire someone to makeover our friend here. So far, Jay and Sim are part of the project. Who else is interested, please drop me a comment or can call me or Shirley up. We will be please and honour to have u in the project! The End Result of this project have to be present by the 24 of January, 2009, 2 days before CNY. Come and join us and have this a fun one. All we need to see is the changes of his dressing style and baby hairstyle! Turn him in to Mr. Bond! Hank is in your hand!

the last one that left behind is Yew Khuay... and it's now 8 minutes. YK trying many ways to get himself up to the wall. LPs cheers n' support YK all the way. I am feeling helpless, i can't do anything to drag YK. Of course, 119 will do whatever it takes to have everyone win! the whole LP start shifting our energy to Source. The source of Unite! YK keep jumping, reaching his hand out to the LP and Sim caught his hand and drag him over. That's the moment that i never forget, how a person can be when he willing to break his limit, not thinking twice but jus with an intention of getting over the wall and have everyone around him to move on! That's our Glory!! 9 minutes and 26 second! The time of our Life! The time of LP119 use to outshine the whole town! A moment that i will never forget! Touched!

Health Day @ Saturday

It's a long long weekend for me... Out with my friends, Families, and back to office for work. I love weekends... and this weekend can be distinct as a very contributive week for me! I did something that i never think i will be doin!

Ya... First time in my life i donated my first 450 cc of blood to someone inneed of blood somewhere in Malaysia. Feel good actually although it's not an intentional one.. This is how the unintentional Blood Donors morning goes....

It's a long long weekend for me... Out with my friends, Families, and back to office for work. I love weekends... and this weekend can be distinct as a very contributive week for me! I did something that i never think i will be doin!

In this nice, cold and breezy morning where most of us will choose to stay on our bed to have extra hours of sleep, i was awake like 8.30am in the morning by Ms. Adrea's phone calls. "I am reaching your house in 15 minutes!" I was like huh? Blur.... Have to loo since i promise to bring her to Jalan Imbi for Acupunture. This woman here like having Pinggang Pain for like 1 month already.. So decided to bring her there. When we were there at the clinic, it is fully pack... All the patients basically laying down on the chair, acupunturing.. and the doctor will be running around the clinic busy consulting his patients, acupunture, registration, cashier. Basically is jus him runnign the clinic "One Man Show!" Adrea and I like so amaze by him.. He's doing everythign by himself. He's not only a acupunture master, in the afternoon, he is a lecturer in one of the chinese doctor school. He have diff age range of Patients from 7 - 85. His clinic is jus opposite Jalan Imbi's Palace Restaurant. Patients start coming in at 9am till 1pm. We dont' need to make any appointment. It's a first come first serve kind of way. But what really impress me is the Passion that this man have and the reason behind his passion is to help the olderly not to suffer from pain and each time he only charge them like RM20 per person which is more than reasonable!

Thought of Adrea gonna get few needles on her head like porcupine but not at the moment, he gave adrea a list of Herbs to boil and drink. If she still have backache, then she only have to come back for acupunture. Adrea call me up this afternoon, tell me that she's feeling better already after her first medication. Hopefully she's getting well soon loo...

Supposingly Adrea gonna fetch me to BU after the doctor. Then this lady wanted to go to AW health day.. She is there for a purpose but too bad mission is not accomplish! ended up me goin there to donate blood. "_ Told Shirley i will not be there.. but then too bad... Adrea!! Thank god I have Shirley and Jay there... Adrea is a taker, She can't donate and due to shirley's slight fever, she can't donate too.. Left me n' jay... It's our first time!!

It's always nice to have weekends or days like this where you just do a lil contribution with no expectation. I conquer another fear of mine which is japs and of course pain. Thanks to my blood donor buddy Jay n' My dear supporters Shirley buddy, Adrea, Eva, June and Andrew. This is my first packet of blood that can save someone's life. It's jus so easy n' free if u willing to help n' give to people around the world! Like my all time moto, BE THE CHANGE I WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD!

It's my Fav. season of the year!

It's the most wonderfultime of the year!! For those who really knows Sunshine very well, Christmas is my only one and fav. time of the year! 1 or 2 months before christmas, i already start listening to all my fav. christmas song like :

These are all my fav. So when it comes to december, you can see me having my christmas feel no matter where i am! So this year, christmas eve, i will be goin down to KK to celebrate Christmas with Joey and his family. Gonna plan out my christmas list so i can start to do my shopping for present!

And of course this year, LP119 is apart of my christmas list! Another group of beautiful people that i can celebrate Christmas with. We're goin to have our christmas bash on the 20th of December, 2008. Gonna cook popiah there although it has nothing to do with christmas but it's gonna be veggies wrappies! this sounds better isn't it! Gonna update Adrea about my popiah name! Then mic is goin to dress like santa, Ron n' Hank gonna be Frosty!! yeah!!

A night with Annoying Midgets!!!

Sunday night after the Walk, I went back home straight for my family dinner but too bad it was cancelled because my dad is late back from work. In the other side, Adrea also didn't go makan back home with her family because they were out for wedding dinner. We are hanging in the middle of no where so decided to look for Koala Sharon for dinner @ Kelana Jaya Bak Kut Teh with the Blur Blur Yew Khuay.

After dinner, we went to YK house. Nice and Cozy. haha.... A fun night in his house seeing him wearing his boxer running in and out. Thanks for the warm hospitality. Enjoying ourselves playing cards and UNO. It's been a long time I last played UNO. Yaya... I know i am the UNO "Falling Down" but i manage to rescue it, that's where the fun n' excitement started right. It ended quite many rounds. So the losers gonna belanja fruits during our trip PD this weekend. So the loser goes to.... SHARON!! haha. Nice one.

We went back home around 11 ish pm. Great time to kick off the new week.

Half Sweet Half Dramatic

Last week i have a pretty ups and downs week. Sick, food poisoning, Rush, FIL, Gathering, Love, Unite, Family, work, stress, blur, smiley. All mix feelings basically but come and look at this dramatic week, it's not as bad as what it suppose to be.

Last Monday, Yes... I have my food poisoning. Supposingly to bring Joey's Family out for dinner but it ended up postponing it to Thursday after Joey's both sisters flying back to KK and US. But thank God i manage to catch up with them on Tuesday night. Have a small family gathering @ Melvin's House. Baby Lucas has grown up so much. He's now 1 year plus. So cute ooo him... not as chubby as before but now already grown up so much to be a handsome boy. I jus have an hour with him. Promise gonna visit u soon my dear when we're flying to LA k. It's a nice gathering though... Can't really eat much. Jus have a cup of Nestum. It's jus suffering...

I never knew this is how food poisoning can feel. Until now, I have phoebia goin to the toilet for too long. But it's so nice of my Deas Mr. Hank & my dear lil Sharon came to my house to visit me that day. Thanks alot... well, kinda angry too that time because i am half way cleaning my Messy house n' u guys suddenly standing infront and Sharon like : " 快點開門， 我要去toilet... 真的！it's like.. OK, Nvm... but u two r really sweet! Muacs...

During my weekend, basically is gonna be either with wedding events, Working, Dating, Going breakie with lil' moo moo but this week i spend it with my dear LP. Friday we went out for dinner supposingly to be my dear Gladiator's SG Dinner, later then we merge our dinner with fireflies since Ronnie couldn't make it. Then we have Mic, Esther, Shirley, Siew Fang, Sin Syuan and Chai Ching. Nice moments where all of us busy snapping photoes and catching up with each other. I will post up some LO in my next post! Promise!

After graduated from LP94, I finally come back and senior my very first LP119 after 2 1/2 years! You guys are awesome!! Let's go all out in this 5 weeks and create beautiful results in any areas of our life! GO LP119!
