Middle of CNY
Celebrate CNY wil never be as nice as preparing for Chinese new year... Everyone will be busy buyin baju la... deco deco la... tang lung la... flower flower and all the red red!! My parents can even visit Sg. buloh for like 3 times to b uy flowers for cny!! That's how amazing about chinese new year...
So fast today is already the 8th day of CNY! yesterday sleep quite late because of the "tin kung" prayers... pray pray for abundance!! it's not really a good beginning though... First day of CNY, dad fall sick, then mum!! Jus hope that everything is goin to be fine!!
But the best of the best is still having my bro and cousins with me during the festive! That's the best!! Especially Having vee & voon with me back frm Aus and Pore!! We have nice fun singing... joking... chatting!! So gonna miss u girls... Come back more often la! But's it's all about fun having them around!! Having pillow talk and sleep late! So nice!
Gonna continue my CNY story some other times... Work load is back! Xoxo

Original recipe yield: 16 cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon baking soda

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk; beat well. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Frost with your favorite frosting when cool.

Stephen Foong Reply Me!!!
For the pass few weeks... It's been a busy week for myself... Not only busy on my CNY cards orders but on looking for a new environment for myself!! Promise myself to have my very own first pay job not by my dad but earn it from my own. Has been glancing through the papers, jobstreet and as well as some website. Been writting resume but it's not a fun thing to do. Forcing myself to finish A.S.A.P! Getting replies from some company, goin out for interview! Come across some title like event organizer, graphic designer, customer services, different kind of designers work.
Where will i ended up? I still goin for what i want to achieve in my life... my goals n' my dreams! Go through my life list, i still find that what i love to do in still in creating party n' planning for weddings. I still have few wedding magazines that i bought in my room, flip through few... i even online searching for malaysia's wedding planner. Then i come across this home page writting on this profile of Malaysia's well known wedding planner Stephen Foong.

So jus dont' care whatever hesitation that i am thinking on my mind, i jus send a mail to him not even especting anything from him. Straight after a day later, he reply me!!! n' even ask me to join him this saturday which is the 2nd of Feb, to join him to set up the place and have an experience of a life time! I am so glad that he gave me this oppurtunity. Our King and Queen, tun mahathir n' wife will also be attending the Wedding! I can't believe that i can even have a chance to deco such a grand wedding! All i know is i will do my best this Saturday with all my heart!!
