Middle of CNY

Celebrate CNY wil never be as nice as preparing for Chinese new year... Everyone will be busy buyin baju la... deco deco la... tang lung la... flower flower and all the red red!! My parents can even visit Sg. buloh for like 3 times to b uy flowers for cny!! That's how amazing about chinese new year...





So fast today is already the 8th day of CNY! yesterday sleep quite late because of the "tin kung" prayers... pray pray for abundance!! it's not really a good beginning though... First day of CNY, dad fall sick, then mum!! Jus hope that everything is goin to be fine!!



But the best of the best is still having my bro and cousins with me during the festive! That's the best!! Especially Having vee & voon with me back frm Aus and Pore!! We have nice fun singing... joking... chatting!! So gonna miss u girls... Come back more often la! But's it's all about fun having them around!! Having pillow talk and sleep late! So nice!

Gonna continue my CNY story some other times... Work load is back! Xoxo

Nice lovely Yummy Cupcakes!






















Nice creamy colourful cupcakes that melts in your mouth that brings you happy & lovely satisfaction! Can i have a piece of that instead of doughnut?!?

Yummy Little Cupcakes Recipe

Original recipe yield: 16 cupcakes


INGREDIENTS
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk; beat well. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Frost with your favorite frosting when cool.
