- Drink 1 litre of water today. It's hard for me even to drink 1 glass of water a day. So it's a success too..
- Spend only 15 minutes for my morning shower.
- I have breakfast with my dad.
- Finish my work before 5pm today.
- I found Joey's promise ring in my mum's jewelery box yesterday night!
